1             small onion, diced
2            cloves garlic, minced
1 t          Italian seasoning
1/4 c      red wine or beef broth
24 oz     marinara sauce or pasta sauce
8 oz       fusilli 
1/4 c      mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 T        parmiggiano reggiano, grated

Method:
