Returns During Pandemic

  • Returns will not be accepted for all orders placed during the pandemic.

 

How long does it take a refund to process?

  • A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to a customer once the refund is issued.

 

When will my order be processed?

  • All orders are processed Monday - Friday.

 

If I don't see an item, can I still order it?

  • Most of the items we have in our store are on our website but we are constantly adding to our website as well as to our store inventory. If you do not see an item, please feel free to ask about it, as we may have it available for you immediately

 

Can I order from the website and pick up my order at the store?

  • No, only SHIPPING

 

What is USPS First-Class Package Service?

  • USPS First-Class Package Service offers the best rates for lightweight shipments. In most cases, delivery will be within three days to domestic destinations. Many international shipments even include tracking to the destination. Please note that this service is NOT INSURED and we are not responsible if product is damaged or lost.

 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

  • Not right now.

 

Processing Times

  • We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours of being placed during business days. Orders placed over weekend will be processed on the following business day.

    Please note that due to high traffic in December, processing time may take longer than our typical 24-48 hour fulfill time.

    All orders are Shipped Monday - Friday.
