Chicche di patate with spinac, brie and smoked mozzarella
A tasty dish, very easy to prepare!
- Chicche di patate, 1 pack
- Spinach, 300 g
- Shallot, 1
- Brie, 200 g
- Milk, as you need
- Parmesan, 1 spoon
- Salt and pepper, as you need
- Let the shallot fried, firstly chopped into small pieces, add the spinach, cover with the lid and cook over medium - low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a jug insert the spinach, the Brie, salt, pepper, cheese, milk and whisk everything; pour the creamy mixture into the spinach pan and put it aside.
- Bring water to boil, add salt and Chicche di patate and wait, as soon as they come back to the surface, add them to the cream of spinach. Sauté the Chicche di patate in the pan for two minutes.
