Scialatielli with shrimps and zucchini

Shrimps and zucchini? This combination is simply unique!We prepared them with fresh scialatielli, but you can prepare with any type of pasta.

  • Fresh Divella Scialatielli, 320 g.
  • Red prawns, 300 g.
  • Zucchini, 300 g.
  • Shallot, 50 g.
  • Cream
  • White wine, 50 cl
  • Extra virgin olive oil, 40 cl
  • Pepper
  • Salt


  1. Carefully clean the prawns, removing the head, shell, its legs and entrails; Finely chop the shallots and place in a pan with olive oil, letting it fry for a few minutes
  2. Boil water for pasta and add scialatielli and salt; when the shallot has become transparent, add the zucchini previously cut into slices;
  3. After putting the pepper and savory zucchini, add the shrimps and pour in the white wine and when it evaporates, add the liquid cream a few moments before turning off the heat and, drained scialatielli, sauté with the sauce.

    Serve and enjoy!
